MOE Financial Assistance Scheme Application
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singaporean students in Government, Government-aided
schools and Institutes of Higher Learning so that they can benefit from the best opportunities in education, regardless of
their financial background. Students who wish to apply for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) can obtain the MOE FAS Application Form from the school, or download a copy of the form here. (opens in new tab).
All application forms must be submitted together with the relevant documents to General Office directly.

Income Family Micro-Insurance and Savings Scheme (IFMISS) covers eligible families receiving financial assistance from
MOE FAS for Primary Schools in times of need when death or total and permanent disability occurs to a parent or guardian.
