Updating of Student's Address
Submit Form C to the General Office to update your child's address.

For updating of changes to student's address:
Please complete Form C and submit to the General Office along with FORM C.
Submission can be through email hpps@moe.edu.sg.
Attach a copy of:
NRIC of the Parent/Legal Guardian/Caregiver,
Identification documents (for non-NRIC holder), etc.
