Updating of Student's Address

Submit Form C to the General Office to update your child's address.

For updating of changes to student's address:

Please complete Form C and submit to the General Office along with FORM C. (opens in new tab)

Submission can be through email hpps@moe.edu.sg (opens in new tab).

Attach a copy of:

  • NRIC of the Parent/Legal Guardian/Caregiver,

  • Identification documents (for non-NRIC holder), etc.
