Updating of Student's Address
For updating of changes to student’s address:
1) Please complete Form C and submit to the General Office along withFORM C
2) Original supporting documents such as
- NRIC of the Parent/Legal Guardian/Caregiver,
- Identification documents (for non-NRIC holder), etc.
