The Holistic Integrated Programme (HIP)
The Holistic Integrated Programme (HIP) guides primary students through three developmental stages toward five core THRIVE outcomes, incorporating the INOVAT toolkit to build real-world problem-solving skills.

The Holistic Integrated Programme (HIP) is our school’s signature programme designed to drive students' holistic development and prepare them for an evolving future. By fostering interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary learning, HIP guides students toward achieving our five core THRIVE outcomes.

Through an integrated approach to teaching and learning, HIP enables children to draw meaningful connections across their academic studies and between their classroom learning and real-life experiences.
A Staged Journey of Student Growth

HIP spans across all primary levels through a progressive three-stage journey of growth tailored to each developmental phase:
HI-LITE (Primary 1 – Primary 2)
Holistic Integrated Learning Involving Thematic Experience
Focus: Sparking curiosity and establishing strong learning foundations through engaging thematic experiences.
HI-RISE (Primary 3 – Primary 4)
Holistic Integrated Real-World Inquiry & Synergistic Experience
Focus: Deepening multidisciplinary inquiry, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world connection.
HI-WAY (Primary 5 – Primary 6)
Holistic Inquiry, Well-being, Agency & Yearning for the future
Focus: Fostering self-directed learning, personal responsibility, and preparing students to step confidently into the future.

The Toolkit for Innovation: INOVAT
Running seamlessly alongside and within the HIP journey is INOVAT—a foundational toolkit designed to develop students' creative and problem-solving capacities.
INOVAT is integrated into key learning experiences and special projects. It equips students with practical innovation skills to ideate, organize, test, and apply their ideas to real-world challenges.
